The Rhineland-Palatinate Cooperative State University (DHR) is no ordinary university. Much more than just a single institution, it is an umbrella organisation for the Rhineland-Palatinate region.

As the parent organisation for cooperative education in Rhineland-Palatinate, our responsibilities include the following:
- We market integrated degree programmes in Rhineland-Palatinate in collaboration with the universities and our other partners
- We provide information, advice and networking opportunities for all those involved
- Support of all Rhineland-Palatinate universities, vocational schools and businesses, as well as any other parties involved, in launching new courses or developing existing ones
